The day before the 17th anniversary of his first win at the River Cities Speedway, Bill Mooney, driver of the No. 2 Lucas Oil Millar Powered MasterSbilt, picked up his sixth career late model win in Grand Forks.

Another late departure from Winnipeg saw the 2 car leave the city at quarter to five, but finally a good draw was waiting at the other end of the trip as Bill lined up outside the front row with four-time Wissota national champion Ricky Weiss.
