On Thursday night the NLRA made their lone appearance at the Red River Co-Op Speedway. Bill started sixth in his heat, and moved past Kevin Sexton and Coard Allard on the opening lap, finishing the race in the fourth spot. Bill started tenth in the main event, but on the initial start he hit wall on the front stretch causing damage that took a trip to the pits to repair. Bill was able to rejoin the race on lap seven and ran the remainder of the race, finishing in the 15th position.

On Friday night the World of Outlaws Late Model series made their annual visit to the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks. Bill started the night timing tenth quick in his qualifying group. Bill then started fifth in his heat race, and after some close racing with Dustin Strand for the final transfer spot, Bill fell one spot short of a transfer spot to the feature. Bill started second in his B Main event, and finished third after a great battle with Jordan Yaggy who had an open motor. Bill started 22nd in the feature and raced with Zach Naastad for the majority of the feature which went non stop, taking  just under twelve minutes to finish the 50 lap race. Bill finished 18th, the second best of any local driver in attendance.

Bill has four top fives and nine top tens in 18 nights of racing this year. Bill is seventh in the Red River Co-Op point standings and sixth in the River Cities Speedway point standings. Bill moved up to eighth in the NLRA series points standings. Bill is scheduled to race three races in as many nights this week starting Thursday at the Red River Co-Op Speedway in Winnipeg, continuing on Friday at the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, before finishing the weekend with a return to the scene of his most recent NLRA series win, the Devils Lake Speedway near Doyon, ND.
